Below are the upcoming events and meetings scheduled exclusively for expansion depositors. Each one is designed to keep you informed, answer your questions, and help you feel confident and prepared as you move closer to calling the expanded StoneRidge home.
Thursday, June 4 • 10 AM & 2 PM
In-Person Meeting at the Milne Ocean Science and Conservation Center at the Mystic Aquarium
55 Coogan Blvd | Mystic, CT 06355
Two sessions are available for this important event. Beth Mader will present the selection boards, walk through available upgrades, and explain the full selections process. Selection appointments will begin to be scheduled at this meeting.
MONDAY JUNE 8 THROUGH FRIDAY JUNE 12
Select Apartment Finishes – For Depositors also on Compass Club List
Beth Mader will meet with depositors who are also on the existing wait list. During these meetings, you will need to decide whether to remain on the existing wait list or move forward with making selections on your Building 7000 apartment by Friday, June 12.

Groundbreaking Celebration
Celebrate with your future neighbors alongside StoneRidge, LCS, and members of our local community.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and drinks as we gather together.

Select Apartment Finishes
Meet with Beth Mader individually to make apartment selections. This appointment is where you’ll make your finish, flooring, and upgrade choices for your new residence.
Meet Beth Mader
Beth Mader has always been passionate about interior design, beginning her career in Phoenix’s residential industry before transitioning into senior living in 2008. She now works exclusively with LCS as a Selections Coordinator, Construction Punch Specialist, and Move-In Coordinator. Beth looks forward to meeting with you and guiding you through the selections process.
