Modern Independent Living

Our expansion introduces gorgeous new apartment  homes designed with modern, open layouts that  embrace natural light and comfort. Each residence will feature the high-quality finishes and thoughtful design that StoneRidge is known for while offering fresh, contemporary living spaces.

New Independent Living Features Will Include:

54 brand-new independent living apartment homes
Spacious, open-concept floor plans
Underground parking for convenience and weather protection

Enhanced Community Spaces

The expansion adds approximately 3,500 square feet of new wellness amenities to promote active, healthy living. We’re also renovating existing common areas to create more opportunities for connection and engagement across our continuum of care.

Purpose-Built Assisted Living

We’re fulfilling StoneRidge’s master plan by adding modern, purposefully designed assisted living accommodations on our campus.

New Assisted Living Will Feature:

14 apartments with private showers and kitchenettes
Dedicated entry, dining, and living areas
Centralized, ground-level location for easy access
