Modern Living
Our expansion introduces gorgeous new apartments designed with modern, open
layouts that embrace natural light and comfort. Each residence will feature the high-
quality finishes and thoughtful design that StoneRidge is known for while offering fresh,
contemporary living spaces.
New Independent Living Features Will Include:
- 54 brand-new independent living apartments
- Spacious open-concept floor plans
- Underground parking for convenience and weather protection Purpose-Built Assisted Living Apartments We’re fulfilling StoneRidge’s master plan by adding modern, purposefully designed assisted living accommodations on our campus.
New Assisted Living Will Feature:
- 14 apartments with private showers and kitchenettes
- Dedicated entry, dining, and living areas
- Centralized, ground-level location for easy access
Enhanced Community Spaces
The expansion adds more than 4,000 square feet of new wellness amenities to promote active, healthy living, plus exciting new spaces designed to inspire creativity, learning, and connection. New fully equipped spaces include:
- Four New, Distinctive Dining Venues
- Art/Maker Space (1,300 sq. ft.)
- Dedicated Art Gallery (500 sq. ft.)
- Game Room (450 sq. ft.)

Our resident-led Welcome Committee answers questions, shares community insights, and connects you with people and programs that make StoneRidge special. We’ll even help you schedule a personal housewarming celebration for your closest friends.
